Continuing in the chemical reagent research of Ramanowsky, Wright and Giemsa on polychrome methylene blue solutions, Volu-Sol has improved the production process, quality, and shelf life of stains. The classical differential stains of Wright and Wright-Giemsa, Hematoxlyin, Acid Fast Base and others have been thoroughly researched on the basis of production, process, variables that affect stain quality and composition, and stain age in comparison to stain strength for an optimal shelf life.
