It contains 8 oz. each of : Schaudinn's Fixative, Trichrome Stain; 16 oz. each of: Carbol Xylene, Xylene, Iodine Alcohol, 70% Ethanol, 95% Ethanol, Acid Ethanol 90% and 10 reusable Coplin Jars.
